We at The Food Hub embarked on a culinary journey, transforming our passion for smoking into a thriving business.

Daily, we experimented with a variety of proteins, from succulent salmon and tender chicken to hearty pork, juicy beef, and even the unexpected – smoked potatoes and whisky!

Over the past four years, we've had the privilege of collaborating with renowned names in the Sydney food scene. Our presence has been felt at prestigious events, including Council gatherings, the Easter Show, BBQ Festivals, Music Festivals, and even alongside the Australian Turf Club at the Carnival events at Randwick and Rosehill Racecourse.

Our commitment to authentic, low-and-slow cooking shines through in every dish. We craft our own unique sauces and rubs, ensuring that each bite is a flavourful experience.
