At any event of 60 or more guests, you will have people with dietary requirements. Here is exactly what we offer, how we handle special requests, and what to tell us at booking.
Our fleet covers a wide range of dietary needs. Below is an honest breakdown of what is available and how we approach each requirement.
Halal options are available across our fleet. We take this seriously and work with suppliers who meet halal requirements. If halal is a priority for your event, let us know at enquiry and we will confirm the specifics for your chosen menu.
Plant-based options are available on our menus. Vegan guests are not an afterthought for us. We design our vegan items to stand on their own, not just as a stripped-back version of a meat dish.
Dairy-free options are available across the fleet. If a guest has a dairy intolerance or allergy, we can accommodate them. Let us know the specifics at enquiry so we can flag it with the relevant truck team.
We can accommodate nut-free requirements. If a guest has a nut allergy, please flag it clearly at booking so we can take appropriate steps on the day.
We offer gluten-intolerant-friendly products across our fleet. This is an important distinction: we do not hold a certified gluten-free accreditation, and in our experience, 99% of food trucks that claim to offer certified gluten-free options do not hold this accreditation either. We are transparent about this because it matters for your guests' safety. If a guest has coeliac disease rather than a general gluten intolerance, please let us know and we will advise honestly on what we can and cannot guarantee.
Most food trucks in Australia that advertise "gluten-free" options do not hold formal gluten-free accreditation. This accreditation requires a certified production environment, dedicated equipment, and third-party auditing. Operating a high-volume food truck at events makes this genuinely difficult to maintain.
Rather than make a claim we cannot fully stand behind, we are transparent. We offer gluten-intolerant-friendly products, we take cross-contamination seriously, and we flag the limitation clearly so that guests with coeliac disease can make an informed decision.
This is not a weakness in our offering. It is a reflection of how we operate. We would rather be honest with you upfront than have a guest experience a reaction on the day.
The best time to tell us about dietary requirements is at enquiry. When you submit your quote request, include:
We will confirm what we can accommodate for each requirement and flag anything we cannot. No surprises on the day.
One of the advantages of booking from a multi-truck fleet is the natural dietary variety that comes with different cuisines. Our five trucks each bring a distinct menu with different ingredients and preparation methods.
For larger events where dietary diversity is a priority, deploying two or three trucks from different parts of the menu gives every guest a genuine choice, rather than a single modified option on one menu.
Our fleet includes Birdman KFC, American BBQ, Abu Snack Packs, Tex-Mex Tacos, and Nillas Belgian Frites. Each truck can be configured to highlight different dietary options depending on your guest profile.
Share your guest list and dietary requirements and we will come back with a menu that works for everyone. Minimum 60 guests. Sydney, NSW and regional NSW.
