A full crew arrives early, sets up, serves, packs down and leaves the space clean. We bring everything we need, so your venue contact is not pulled into catering logistics on the day.
On private property with safe access and a flat spot, we are good to go. Public spaces like parks, beaches, reserves and footpaths are different: they need council approval first, so we cannot simply pull up on the sand or a public area and start serving. If you are not sure whether your spot needs a permit, just ask and we will help you sort it.

Yes. Regional events carry a travel component on top of the standard per-head rate. It covers crew time, fuel, accommodation where needed and the cost of being off-base for longer. We set out the full all-in cost in your quote, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
The standard minimum is 60 guests. For events further afield, like the Hunter Valley and beyond, we usually suggest a higher minimum so the travel makes sense for both of us. Tell us your guest count and we will let you know what works.
Same simple process as a Sydney event. Tell us the date, location, guest count and event type. We come back with a clear, itemised quote that breaks out the catering rate and the travel component separately. Once confirmed we coordinate access, power and arrival timing directly with the venue.
Yes. Our trucks are entirely self-sufficient, with their own power and water. That makes us a great fit for vineyards, country properties, off-grid retreat venues and remote function spaces where a built-in kitchen is not on hand. If a truck can fit and we can park safely, we can cater there.
