Travel with The Food Hub is free for any event within about an hour and a half's drive of our base in Lakemba, which covers all of Sydney plus the Hawkesbury, the lower Blue Mountains, Gosford and Wollongong. Further out, a travel component is itemised in the quote.

Travel with The Food Hub is free for any event within about an hour and a half's drive of our base in Lakemba, which covers all of Sydney plus the Hawkesbury, the lower Blue Mountains, Gosford and Wollongong. Further out, a travel component is itemised in the quote.

Inside the free ring

  • All of Sydney metro, from the CBD to Penrith, the Northern Beaches to the Shire.
  • The Hawkesbury, including Windsor, Richmond and Pitt Town.
  • The lower Blue Mountains: Glenbrook, Blaxland and Springwood.
  • The Gosford end of the Central Coast and Wollongong.

Beyond it

  • Travel is itemised beyond about an hour and a half's drive of Lakemba. Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and Katoomba are usually outside that ring; we check the exact address before quoting.
  • It covers crew time, fuel and, for long days, accommodation where needed.
  • It's always a separate line in the quote, so you see the catering rate and the travel cost side by side before you book.
  • Interstate events are quoted case by case. We've done Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
