How the minimums work

  • Monday to Thursday: the 60 guest minimum applies and the quote is built from your menu and numbers.
  • Friday to Sunday: a $2,500 plus GST minimum applies however small the crowd, because those dates are in demand.
  • Breakfast: a $2,000 plus GST minimum for a two hour service, with bacon and egg rolls and a tailored menu.

If your event is under the minimum

  • A group under 60 can still book by paying the 60 guest minimum, $1,080 plus GST at $18 per head, and everyone eats well.
  • Close to 60 is worth a conversation. Adding a neighbouring team or the family often gets you there without paying for empty serves.
