The Food Hub has a minimum of 60 guests for a booked food truck event. A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests, with more trucks available for larger crowds.

Why 60

Every booking includes a truck, crew, setup and pack down as well as the food. Our minimum is 60 guests.
At 60 guests the truck is busy enough to keep food coming fresh rather than sitting.

Smaller groups

Under 60, you can still book by paying the 60 guest minimum, which is $1,080 plus GST at $18 per head.
Small monthly intakes, like new starter groups, can be combined with a wider office lunch to reach the minimum, or simply pay the minimum.

Bigger groups

A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests. We plan the menu and service window around your numbers.
Above about 500, or when you want a choice of cuisines, we bring a second truck.
We've catered events of around 1,500 guests across multiple trucks.
