As early as you can. December dates fill up by mid-October most years, and the last two weeks of December are usually booked out by November. If your office Christmas party date is set, get in as soon as the budget is signed off.
Our trucks run in all weather. We agree a setup with you up front that covers the serving window and the queue. Most office venues have an undercover loading dock or atrium that works perfectly, and for fully outdoor events a marquee from your venue hire company sorts it.
A single truck comfortably handles up to around 600 guests. For larger parties above 500, or whenever you would like more than one cuisine on site, we can bring extra trucks, each with its own staff, equipment and self sufficient power and water. We add trucks when you ask for them, not by default.
Our fleet menus stay the same year-round, and we do not do decoration or theming. We focus on doing one thing well, which is serving great food fast. If you have an event stylist, we are happy to work in around them.
