We do this every year, so we navigate the lot for you and turn up ready to serve, whether it is a ground floor forecourt or an upstairs space we can reach from a loading dock.

Yes, it is one of our busiest December jobs. We have served Christmas events across CBD towers from George Street to Barangaroo, working with building management on loading dock access, service lifts and after-hours bump-in. Your office manager does not have to wrangle any of it.
It depends on building access. We do not run a cooking setup on a roof. If there is a loading dock or service bay we can park in, with a lift, we can run the food upstairs to your space. Plenty of city Christmas parties work exactly this way. Tell us the building and we will check what is possible.
Early. December in the CBD is peak season, and the good Thursday and Friday dates fill by October most years. The last fortnight before Christmas is usually gone by November. If your city office party date is set, lock it in as soon as the budget is approved.
A single truck comfortably handles up to around 600. For larger CBD headcounts above 500, or when you ask for it, we can add trucks so several floors are served at once, with short queues and a choice of cuisine. We usually serve in under 60 seconds an order, depending on the menu.
Minimum 60 guests. Most events run from $18 per head, all-inclusive, with a same-day GST tax invoice for easy finance approval. We send a clear, itemised quote, usually within the hour.
