We roll in, serve the crowd quickly, usually under 60 seconds an order depending on the menu, and leave the car park exactly as we found it. Yes. We carry $20M public liability insurance and can supply a certificate of currency on request, which is what most church boards, halls and venues ask for. Send us what your church or venue needs and we will get the paperwork across well before the day.
For everyday events, a few weeks is usually plenty. For the busy dates, carols, Easter, Christmas and end of year, get in as early as you can, because weekend spots in December book out first. If something comes up at short notice, still ask. With five cuisine trucks there is often one free, and we can sometimes turn a booking around inside the week.
