Loading docks, service lifts, after-hours access. We coordinate directly with building management so your office manager does not have to. We have catered offices across Sydney CBD towers from George Street to Barangaroo.
Built for CBD lunch-rush throughput. 200 people fed comfortably in a 90-minute window without queues that block walkways or hold up the office.
We set up at ground level: forecourts, plazas, atriums and hotel function spaces. For an upstairs or rooftop space we can run food up from a loading dock if the building has dock and lift access. We do not cook on the roof.
From a 60 person office team lunch to a 1,500 guest corporate activation at Darling Harbour. Same booking, scaled to your headcount, with extra trucks for the bigger numbers.
On private property with safe access and a flat spot, we are good to go. Public spaces like footpaths, plazas and parks are different: they need council or building approval first, so we cannot simply pull up on a public area and start serving. In the CBD we coordinate dock and access with building management. If you are not sure what your spot needs, just ask and we will help you sort it.
Yes. We have served events across the Sydney CBD precinct, including office tower forecourts, ground level plazas, internal atriums, hotel function venues, and warehouse spaces in Pyrmont and Darling Harbour. The City of Sydney has clear access protocols for service vehicles which we navigate for you.
Yes, we coordinate directly with building management or your venue operator. Most CBD office buildings have a loading dock or service bay we can use. For street-front events we work with the City of Sydney for any required permits as part of our quote.
Yes. We usually serve in under 60 seconds an order, depending on the menu. For a 200 person CBD office lunch over a couple of hours, queues stay manageable and never spill into shared walkways. A single truck handles up to around 600, and for larger events we can add a truck on request.
It comes down to building access. We do not set up a cooking station on a roof. What we can do is park in a loading dock or service bay and run the food upstairs to your space via the lift. If your building has dock and lift access, an upstairs or rooftop event is usually doable. Tell us the building and we will check.
Minimum is 60 guests, and a single truck comfortably handles 60 to 600. For larger CBD corporate events, above 500 or when you ask for it, we add trucks across our fleet of five cuisines to keep service brisk and offer guest choice.
Tell us your CBD building, guest count and date. We will reply within the hour with a clear quote and the access coordination already scoped.
