Pick one truck or a convoy. We map dietary needs (GF, V, VG, halal) and lock the run-sheet.

We bump in 60 to 90 mins before service. Fully self-contained, no power, no water, no mess on your side.

Questions

The real answers to what event planners and office managers actually ask us first.

How much does food truck catering cost per head?
Pricing sits between $15 to $55 per head depending on the truck package. Quoted per event. No travel fees unless outside metro Sydney.
What's the minimum number of guests?
We usually say 60. We can go below that, but the price won't scale down. You're still paying for the full-truck deployment, crew and stock.
How far in advance should I book?
1 to 6 weeks typical. Short notice (1 to 2 days) is possible. The benefit of having five trucks is we can usually slot a last-minute booking in somewhere.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Every truck has gluten-intolerant, vegetarian and vegan options available, and Abu Snack Packs is fully halal. For allergy-sensitive events we'll work with your team on a dietary run-sheet. Let us know at quote stage.
What area do you service?
Sydney metro is included. We also travel regularly to Wollongong, Newcastle, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Canberra for a small travel fee. Interstate corporate events are quoted case-by-case, we've done Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide regularly.
What's included in the hire?
Truck, crew, fuel, setup and pack-down, compostable packaging, cutlery and serviettes, $20M public liability insurance, and a dedicated event manager from quote to wrap. No hidden extras.
