Keeps people on the floor

Why a food truck suits a dealership launch.

A showroom reveal or a test drive weekend lives or dies on how long people stick around. Walk in, look at the car, walk out is the default unless there's a reason to linger. A food truck outside gives customers somewhere to be between test drives, a reason to bring the family, and a bit of atmosphere that a bare forecourt doesn't have.

It also works as a drawcard in its own right. People passing by see the truck and the queue and wander over, which puts more eyes on the cars than a quiet showroom would get on its own.

Built around your floor

Set up without getting in the way.

Fits around the display

We're fully self contained with our own power and water, so we work with your team to find a spot clear of display vehicles and customer parking.

About three orders a minute

We usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds, so customers are back looking at cars quickly rather than stuck in a queue.

Handles a full weekend

A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests across a shift. For a two day launch, we can talk through running across both days.

Easy to expense

One all inclusive price and a clear GST tax invoice. We carry $20M public liability insurance, and there's no metro travel fee.

Clear numbers

Pricing, minimums and quote timing.

Pricing is simple and all inclusive: from $18 per head plus GST, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most dealership events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu you choose. That one number covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, so nothing extra shows up on the invoice. There's no metro travel fee. Regional NSW carries a transparent travel component, and anything interstate is quoted case by case.

If your launch is tied to a manufacturer release date, get in touch as early as you have it. Send the date, headcount and rough location and a clear quote usually comes back within the hour. If you want a fully branded activation with custom truck wraps and a themed menu, that's covered on our product launch catering page.

FAQ

Dealership catering questions, answered.

Do you cater car dealership showroom launches and customer days?

Yes. New model launches, showroom reveals, test drive weekends and customer appreciation days all suit a food truck well. It gives people a reason to stay on the lot longer, browsing between bites, rather than doing a quick lap and leaving.

Can you set up in a dealership car park or forecourt?

Yes. We're fully self contained with our own power and water, so we just need a level, safe spot clear of the display vehicles and customer parking. We work with your team on exactly where the truck sits so it doesn't get in the way of the cars being the star.

How much does dealership catering cost in Sydney?

We start from $18 per head plus GST, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most dealership events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu. That covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, and a clear GST tax invoice. No surprise extras.

Can the food match the tone of our launch event?

Within our menu range, yes. Pick the cuisine that suits your customer base, and we'll talk through timing so service runs smoothly alongside test drives, presentations or a reveal moment. For a fully branded activation with custom truck wraps, our product launch catering page covers that end of things.

Can you handle a full weekend of customer traffic?

Yes. A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests across a shift, and we usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds so people are back browsing the floor quickly. For a bigger two day launch we can talk through running the truck across both days.

How far ahead should we book a launch weekend?

One to six weeks is typical. If your launch date is tied to a manufacturer release that can't move, get in touch as early as you have the date so the truck is locked in.
