Keeps buyers on site

Why a food truck suits a property launch.

A display suite or a first release weekend needs buyers to actually spend time there, not do a quick walkthrough and drive off to the next inspection. A food truck out front gives families a reason to stay, wander back through for a second look, and have the conversation with your sales team that gets a deposit signed.

It also brings its own foot traffic. Passersby see the truck and the queue and come over to see what's happening, which puts more eyes on the display than an empty forecourt ever would.

Built for the site

Fitting the truck around your launch.

Sets up on site

We're fully self contained with our own power and water. Private land is generally straightforward; public land may need council approval, which we help arrange.

About three orders a minute

We usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds, so families are back looking through the display quickly rather than queuing.

Handles a full weekend

A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests across a shift. For a multi day release event, we can run the truck across each day.

Easy to expense

One all inclusive price and a clear GST tax invoice. We carry $20M public liability insurance, and there's no metro travel fee.

Clear numbers

Pricing, minimums and quote timing.

Pricing is simple and all inclusive: from $18 per head plus GST, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most launch events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu you choose. That one number covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, so nothing extra shows up on the invoice. There's no metro travel fee. Regional NSW carries a transparent travel component, and anything interstate is quoted case by case.

If your first release date is set on a marketing calendar, get it to us as early as you can. Send the date, headcount and rough location and a clear quote usually comes back within the hour. Want a fully branded activation with custom truck wraps and a themed menu? That's covered on our product launch catering page.

FAQ

Property launch catering questions, answered.

Do you cater property launches and display suite openings?

Yes. Display suite openings, first release weekends, open home days and community launch events for new estates all suit a food truck. It gives buyers a reason to stay, walk through the display and talk to your sales team instead of doing a quick loop and leaving.

Can you set up at a display suite or new estate site?

Usually, yes. We're fully self contained with our own power and water, so we need a level, safe spot with vehicle access. Private land and managed sales offices are generally straightforward; if the site is on public or council land it may need approval, which we help arrange.

How much does property launch catering cost in Sydney?

We start from $18 per head plus GST, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most launch events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu. That covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, and a clear GST tax invoice. No surprise extras.

Can you run across a full launch weekend?

Yes. A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests across a shift, and we usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds so the queue never becomes the story. For a multi day release event, we can talk through running the truck across each day.

Can the menu suit a family focused open weekend?

Definitely. Buyers often bring the whole family through a display suite, so a broad, easy to eat menu works well. Pick the cuisine that suits your buyer profile and we'll build the setup around it. For a fully branded activation with custom truck wraps, that's covered on our product launch catering page.

How far ahead should we book a launch weekend?

One to six weeks is typical. If your first release date is locked in on a marketing calendar that can't move, get the date to us as early as possible so the truck is held.
