What are your payment terms?

The Food Hub takes a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due at least 7 days before the event or on the day by agreement. Pay by bank transfer or credit card with a merchant surcharge; every booking comes with a GST tax invoice.

The Food Hub takes a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due at least 7 days before the event or on the day by agreement. Pay by bank transfer or credit card with a merchant surcharge; every booking comes with a GST tax invoice.

The standard arrangement

  • 25% deposit to confirm the date.
  • 75% balance due at least 7 days before the event, or on the day by agreement.
  • Any additional serves on the day are invoiced at the quoted per head rate and due within 7 days.

How to pay

  • Bank transfer to the account on the invoice.
  • Credit card, with the merchant's surcharge added at their rate.

For companies and schools

  • The GST tax invoice shows our ABN, the per head rate, any travel component and the GST, ready for accounts payable.
  • Purchase order numbers go on the invoice; tell us the entity name and any reference you need when you confirm.
  • A signed copy of our terms and conditions is returned before the day.
