How do deposits work?

A 25% deposit confirms your Food Hub booking and holds the date, with the balance due at least 7 days before the event or on the day by agreement. Pay by bank transfer or credit card; card payments carry a merchant surcharge.

A 25% deposit confirms your Food Hub booking and holds the date, with the balance due at least 7 days before the event or on the day by agreement. Pay by bank transfer or credit card; card payments carry a merchant surcharge.

Step by step

  • You accept the quote and we send the booking confirmation and a GST tax invoice.
  • You pay the 25% deposit and the date is locked in.
  • The remaining 75% is due at least 7 days before the event, or on the day if that's what we've agreed.

Ways to pay

  • Bank transfer, with no surcharge.
  • Credit card, which carries the card merchant's rate as a surcharge.

If plans change

  • Cancel 14 or more days before the event and the deposit is refunded in full.
  • Cancel 7 to 13 days out and the deposit is kept.
  • Cancel inside 7 days and the full booked amount is payable.
  • Extra serves ordered on the day are billed at the same per head rate, due within 7 days.
