Retail teams are hard to feed. The floor cannot go quiet, the breaks are short, and everyone is on a different shift. A food truck handles that better than a cold platter ever could. We roll up near the store or centre, cook fresh on site, and serve people in waves so the shop floor is never left short.

It works for a single store celebrating a big sales week, a head office reward day, or a whole centre saying thanks to the people who carried the silly season. Pick from five cuisines: Birdman Korean fried chicken, American BBQ, Abu all-halal snack packs and kebabs cooked over the flame, Tex-Mex tacos, and Nillas Belgian frites. Add pizza or a breakfast service if the shift starts early. Everything is handheld and quick to eat, which is exactly what you want when breaks are tight.

Dietary needs are covered across the fleet. Every truck carries vegetarian and vegan options, the snack pack truck is all halal, and snack packs are gluten free with gluten free wraps on request. Our trucks handle gluten, so we cannot promise zero cross contact, but we will always flag what is safe. Tell us the team and we will shape the menu to suit.

We usually serve in under 60 seconds an order, depending on the menu, so a quick break is enough to grab something hot and get back to it. No half-hour queues eating into anyone's break.

One truck, 60 to 600

A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests, plenty for a store, a precinct or a centre full of teams. We add a truck only when you ask, or for events above about 500.

Self-contained setup

Own power and water, so we never lean on the store's kitchen or facilities. We set up, serve, pack down, and leave the space exactly as we found it.

Pricing starts from $18 per head, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most retail bookings sit between $18 and $35 per head, depending on the menu and the size of the event. That price covers setup, on-site serving staff, all equipment and pack-down. There is no metro travel fee. Regional NSW has a transparent travel component, and interstate is quoted case by case.

You get one point of contact, a same-day GST tax invoice that head office will be happy with, and $20M public liability cover. Send us your date, rough headcount and venue, and we will usually have a clear quote back within the hour. Term dates and the lead-up to big sale periods book out, so the earlier you ask, the better.

Getting on site

Where we set up depends on the site. On private property with safe access and a flat spot, we are good to go. Most shopping centres have a loading dock, service yard or section of car park we can work from, but the centre sets the rules, so we will need their sign-off and any conditions they put in place. Public or council land needs approval first, and our trucks are council approved with many NSW councils, so we can help with the paperwork.

Just tell us the venue and we will check what is possible and liaise with centre management for you. We sort the access details so you do not have to, and you focus on the team.

Can one truck serve several stores?

Do we need shopping centre approval?

If the event is on shopping centre or venue land, then yes, the centre needs to approve it and may set its own conditions. Private property is straightforward. We are not formally halal certified, and we are upfront about that, but everything on the snack pack truck is all halal.
