Every truck is fully self contained with its own power and water, and we bring the gear, staff and setup with us. We do not need much from your side, just a safe, level spot to park and serve. On private property we are straightforward; public or council land needs approval first, and our trucks are council approved with many NSW councils so we can help sort it.
Yes. Our set menus already carry vegetarian and vegan options, and everything on the snack pack truck is all halal. Snack packs are gluten free and we can do gluten free wraps on request, though our trucks handle gluten so we cannot guarantee zero cross contact. On certification, we are not formally halal certified, and we are upfront about that.
