Mark the finish line

Projects deserve a proper finish.

A long project, whether it's a build, a rollout or a campaign, tends to end the same way: the last task ticks off and everyone quietly moves on to whatever's next. It's easy for the actual achievement to get lost in that shuffle. A food truck lunch is a simple way to stop and mark it properly before the team scatters.

It also gives leads and managers a natural moment to say a few words and call out what people actually delivered, which lands better over a hot meal than in an email.

Wherever the team is

On site, at the office, wherever it wraps up.

Comes to the project

Construction site, office car park or a hired venue, we bring our own power and water and set up on a flat, accessible spot.

About three orders a minute

We usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds, so people get back to packing up or heading home without a long wait.

One truck does most days

A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests. We only add a second truck when you ask, or for a bigger wrap up.

Easy to expense

One all inclusive price and a clear GST tax invoice. We carry $20M public liability insurance, and there's no metro travel fee.

Clear numbers

Pricing, minimums and quote timing.

Pricing is simple and all inclusive: from $18 per head plus GST, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most wrap up events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu you choose. That one number covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, so nothing extra shows up on the invoice. There's no metro travel fee. Regional NSW carries a transparent travel component, and anything interstate is quoted case by case.

Project end dates move, so send us your best estimate as early as you have it and keep us posted if it shifts. Once the date is firm, send the headcount and location and a clear quote usually comes back within the hour.

FAQ

End of project catering questions, answered.

Do you cater end of project celebrations?

Yes. Wrapping up a big build, a system rollout, a campaign or any long project is worth marking properly. A food truck lunch on the last day, or shortly after, gives the team a genuine moment to celebrate before everyone scatters onto the next thing.

How is this different from team building catering?

Team building is about the day itself, activities and all. This is specifically about closing out a project that's finished, whether that's on site, back at the office, or wherever the team is winding down. The catering runs the same way, we just frame it around what the team actually achieved.

How much does end of project catering cost in Sydney?

We start from $18 per head plus GST, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. Most wrap up events land between $18 and $35 per head plus GST depending on the menu. That covers the truck, the crew, setup and pack down, and a clear GST tax invoice. No surprise extras on the day.

Can you cater on a construction or project site?

Yes. If the project is site based, like a construction job or a rollout across a facility, we can set up right there, similar to how we handle regular construction site catering. Just let us know the access requirements and we'll plan around them.

Can you handle dietary requirements across the whole project team?

Yes. Every truck carries vegetarian and vegan options, and everything on our snack pack truck is all halal. Snack packs are gluten free, with gluten free wraps on request, though our trucks handle gluten so zero cross contact can't be guaranteed. Send through the spread ahead of time and the menu gets built around it.

How far ahead should we book?

One to six weeks is typical. Project end dates shift, so keep us posted if the date moves. We'll do what we can to accommodate a change, and the earlier we know, the easier that is.
