Busy periods

  • November and December fill months ahead. Christmas bookings usually land about three months out.
  • For a wedding, fete or festival, send your preferred date and we will check the fleet.

Last minute

  • The fastest we've done from first call to serving is 24 hours.
  • A weekday lunch with a few days notice is usually fine outside the Christmas rush.
  • Send the date and numbers and we'll tell you straight away whether a truck is free.

What holds the date

  • A clear quote usually comes back within the hour in business hours. Accept the quote and pay the 25% deposit to secure the booking; we then coordinate access and timing with the venue.
