Do you need power on site?

No. Every Food Hub truck is fully self contained with its own generator, gas and water on board, so we need nothing from your venue. We can serve from a car park, an oval or a paddock with no services at all.

What's on the truck

  • A generator for the fridges, lights and equipment.
  • Gas for the cooking.
  • Fresh and waste water tanks.

What we still need from you

  • A flat, safe spot the truck can reach, with about 2 metres clear on each side.
  • A Google pin of the location so we can check access beforehand.
  • Nothing else. No power lead, no tap, no kitchen.

Sites where this matters

  • Construction sites, warehouses and depots with no spare power.
  • Data centres and secure sites where nothing can be plugged in.
  • Parks, ovals and rural properties.
