The Food Hub's trucks cook and serve outside, and guests carry their food in. We can bring food upstairs or indoors only where there is a loading dock we can park in and a lift, and we don't cook on rooftops.

The Food Hub's trucks cook and serve outside, and guests carry their food in. We can bring food upstairs or indoors only where there is a loading dock we can park in and a lift, and we don't cook on rooftops.

How it usually works

  • The truck sets up in the car park, forecourt or street and serves from the hatch.
  • Guests order, collect and eat wherever suits: the office, a marquee, the oval.

When indoor delivery is possible

  • A loading dock the truck can park in, with a lift up to the floor.
  • We then run the food up in service waves rather than serving from the truck.

What we don't do

  • Cook inside a building or on a rooftop.
  • Park in basement car parks. The trucks are 3.5 metres tall.
