The Food Hub does not park in basement or underground car parks: our trucks are 3.5 metres tall. We use a suitable ground level car park, loading dock or forecourt; a street location needs council approval.

Where we can set up

  • An open air car park or service yard.
  • A loading dock or forecourt with 3.7 metres or more of clearance.
  • The street outside, with council approval where the land is public.

Multi level buildings

  • The truck stays at ground level and guests come down, which works well for office towers.
  • We can deliver food upstairs only where there is a loading dock we can park in and a lift. We don't cook on roofs.

How we check

  • Send a Google pin of the spot and we confirm access before the day.
