Can I book more than one cuisine at the same event?

Yes. The Food Hub runs four trucks across six cuisines, and you can book two or more at the same event under one booking and one invoice. Each cuisine usually means its own truck, and each truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests.

Can I book more than one cuisine at the same event?

Yes. The Food Hub runs four trucks across six cuisines, and you can book two or more at the same event under one booking and one invoice. Each cuisine usually means its own truck, and each truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests.

How it works

  • Pick the cuisines: halal snack packs and kebabs, tacos, American BBQ, burgers and fried chicken, loaded Belgian fries or pizza.
  • Each truck sets up side by side with its own menu, and guests choose which line to join.
  • One booking, one quote, one GST tax invoice.

When two trucks make sense

  • Crowds above about 500, or when you want the choice.
  • Mixed crowds where an all halal truck alongside another cuisine keeps everyone happy.
  • Big site days. At a Moorebank site lunch in October 2026 we ran three trucks side by side for 400 workers and got through 800 serves in under two hours.
  • Adding dessert through our trusted partner after the savoury trucks, with a $1,000 plus GST minimum callout.

The numbers

  • The 60 guest minimum applies per booking, and each truck is quoted on the serves it will do.
