Can you do a set menu?

Most booked Food Hub events run on a set menu: you choose the truck and the dishes with us beforehand, and guests order what they like from that menu on the day. A shorter menu keeps service quick.

How we build it

  • Pick the cuisine first: snack packs and kebabs, tacos, American BBQ, burgers and fried chicken, loaded fries or pizza.
  • We suggest a menu for your crowd and numbers and adjust it with you. Menu choices and dietary requirements are finalised at least 14 days before the event.
  • Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free serves are planned into the same menu.

Why shorter is better

  • Fewer items means faster service and fresher food. We usually get about three orders out every 60 seconds depending on the menu.
  • A two item menu was one client's choice for pure speed at a warehouse lunch, and it worked.

Mixing cuisines

  • For a choice of cuisines we bring a second truck, each with its own set menu.
