At a prepaid Food Hub event, guests choose from the agreed menu and do not pay at the hatch because the organiser has covered the catering per head. At vendor events, guests buy their own food from the truck.

On the day

Guests choose from the set menu, order at the hatch and collect when it's called.
The crew keeps the queue moving and the food fresh.
Vegetarian, vegan and other planned serves are ready and labelled.

Going beyond the menu

Ask about other dishes before the event so we can agree the menu. At one construction booking we brought extra stock, including fried chicken alongside snack packs; that was the arrangement for that event.
If more people turn up than were booked, the extra serves are billed at the same per head rate, due within 7 days.

Vendor model events

At big public days run on the vendor model, guests buy their own food from the truck and order from the full menu.
