Real barbecue takes time. Our brisket and pork go low and slow for up to 14 hours over hickory and fruit woods until they pull apart with a fork, with the smoke ring and bark you only get from doing it the long way. It is the kind of food that has people going back for seconds and talking about it the next day.
We have earned our stripes in front of the toughest crowd there is: the diehards at Meatstock. If our BBQ holds up there, it will more than hold up at your event.
Smoked for hours, sliced or pulled to order, piled into rolls or served on a plate with sides. The heart of the menu.
Crispy, juicy smash burgers and rich pork belly for guests who want a proper handful of food.
Rich mac and cheese, tangy slaw and loaded fries. The bits that make a barbecue a barbecue.
Vegetarian mains and loaded sides so the non-meat-eaters get a proper feed too, not an afterthought.
Low and slow brisket, pulled pork, pulled lamb, pork belly and juicy smash burgers, with classic sides like rich mac and cheese, tangy slaw and loaded fries. It is proper Texas-style pit barbecue, not snags on a grill, and it is built for a hungry crowd.
Yes. We run marble-scored Australian beef brisket and pasture-raised pork, smoked for up to 14 hours over hickory and fruit woods. That is where the real smoke ring and bark come from. No shortcuts, which is exactly why serious barbecue fans keep booking us back at events like Meatstock.
We can, and we do it often. Our American BBQ truck is a returning vendor at one of Sydney’s biggest barbecue festivals, so feeding a big, hungry crowd at pace is bread and butter for us. For very large numbers we run multiple service points to keep the line short.
It is a winner for both. BBQ feels like a genuine treat, which makes it perfect for staff appreciation days, EOFY parties, milestone birthdays and backyard get-togethers. It is hearty, hands-on and always goes down well.
Yes. Alongside the smoked meats we run vegetarian options plus the loaded sides, so the non-meat-eaters are properly fed rather than picking at a salad. Let us know numbers at quote stage.
