If more people turn up than you booked, The Food Hub feeds them where stock allows and bills the extra serves at the same per head rate, due within 7 days of the event. Tell us early if numbers are likely to grow and we bring more.

If more people turn up than you booked, The Food Hub feeds them where stock allows and bills the extra serves at the same per head rate, due within 7 days of the event. Tell us early if numbers are likely to grow and we bring more.

On the day

  • We bring stock for the booked number plus a buffer, so a handful of extras is rarely a problem.
  • For a big jump we can't promise everyone eats, which is why a heads up the week before matters.

How it's billed

  • Extra serves are charged at the per head rate on your quote.
  • Payment for the extras is due within 7 days of the event, on a separate line of your GST tax invoice.

Fewer than booked

  • You can reduce numbers up until a week before the event. After that, the booked number stands.
