Our snack packs are gluten free, our tacos sit on soft corn tortillas and are gluten free by default, and we can do gluten free wraps on request. The fried chicken and BBQ trucks have gluten free options too. Tell us what your guests need and we will build the menu around them.
Our trucks are not certified gluten free kitchens. They handle gluten across the menu, so we cannot guarantee zero cross contact. We keep gluten free serves clearly identified, but our service is not suitable when a guest needs certified preparation or a zero cross contact guarantee.
Beef, chicken and falafel snack packs on our all halal truck are gluten free, and they are the most requested order we have. Gluten free wraps are available on request.

That covers the staff, the setup, the pack down and our $20M public liability insurance, with a clear GST tax invoice afterwards, and no metro travel fee in Sydney.
