Five cuisine trucks, so there is something for everyone. Birdman Korean fried chicken, low-and-slow American BBQ, Abu all-halal snack packs and kebabs cooked over the flame, Tex-Mex tacos, and Nillas Belgian frites. We also run pizza and breakfast as added offerings when they suit the event.

That covers the truck, the serving staff, setup and pack-down, plus $20M public liability insurance, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay.

Regional NSW carries a transparent travel component and interstate is quoted case by case, but for Casula, Prestons, Moorebank and the rest of the South West there is nothing extra for the trip. We are not formally halal certified, and we are upfront about that, but the snack pack truck is all halal end to end. We also carry vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options so the whole crowd is covered.
Usually, yes. A single truck comfortably serves 60 to 600 guests, and we usually serve in under 60 seconds an order, depending on the menu, so queues keep moving. We add a truck only when you ask, or for events above about 500, so most Liverpool events run beautifully on one.
