What is included in the food truck catering price?

The Food Hub's per head price, from $18 plus GST, includes the food cooked fresh to order, the truck, the serving crew, setup and pack down, packaging and serving gear, $20 million public liability insurance and a GST tax invoice. Travel is included within about an hour and a half's drive of Lakemba.

Included in every quote

The food, cooked to order from the truck for the agreed menu.
The truck itself, with its own generator, gas and water, so nothing is needed from the venue.
The serving crew for the standard two hour service.
Setup before service and pack down afterwards, leaving the space as we found it.
Packaging, napkins and serving gear.
$20 million public liability insurance, with a certificate of currency on request.
Travel within about an hour and a half's drive of our Lakemba base.

Quoted separately

A travel component for events beyond that ring, itemised in the quote.
Extra service time beyond two hours, at $180 per hour.
Extra serves on the day beyond the booked number, at the same per head rate.
Dessert through our trusted partner, under the one booking, with a $1,000 plus GST minimum callout.

Not part of a food truck booking

Alcohol service, venue hire, marquees and table service. We serve from the truck and guests collect their food. Simple bench or crate seating can sometimes be arranged for a separate fee, just ask.
