A plant does not stop because lunch arrived. We park on your hardstand, run off our own power, and serve across your shift waves so the line keeps running and everyone still gets a hot feed.

Food truck catering for a Sydney manufacturing site usually lands between $18 and $35 per head plus GST, all inclusive, with a minimum of 60 guests. We arrive with our own generator, gas and water, so nothing plugs into your supply, and we serve across your shift waves rather than in one hit. A single truck comfortably covers 60 to 600 people, and a typical plant lunch runs across a two hour window.
This is the bit that decides whether a plant lunch works. An office orders for 80 people at midday and it is done. A plant has a morning wave, an afternoon wave, a changeover, and a handful of people who cannot leave a machine at all. Feed it like an office and half your team gets cold food and the other half gets nothing.
So we plan the run sheet around your rosters, not ours. Tell us your break windows and roughly how many bodies fall in each one, and we set the truck up to serve in waves. The kitchen keeps cooking between waves rather than sitting idle, which is what stops a queue forming when forty people come through a door at the same moment.
On throughput: on a straightforward menu we get about three orders out every sixty seconds, and quicker on the simpler items. That is what clears a break window. If your changeover is genuinely tight, tell us the exact minutes you have and we will cut the menu down to the two or three items that move fastest, which is almost always the right trade.
There is traffic management, there is plant moving, there are areas we simply should not be near. None of that is a problem, it just needs to be sorted before the day rather than at the gate. Send us a Google pin of where you want the truck and we will look at the approach on a map and tell you honestly whether it works.
The trucks run from 7 metres up to 11.5 metres long, 2.5 metres wide and 3.5 metres high. We need roughly 2 metres clear on either side to serve safely, and anything over 3.7 metres of overhead clearance is comfortable. We do not go into underground car parks. A driveway is fine if it is wide enough, and firm grass is usually fine too.
Every truck is fully self contained. Generator, gas and water are all on board, so we are not asking your facilities team to raise a work order for a power drop, and we are not competing with the plant for anything. If your induction pack needs food safety documentation or a certificate of currency for our $20M public liability, send it through and we will fill it in before we arrive.
Headcount, the site address, your break windows and a Google pin of where you want us. That is genuinely enough for a real quote, and we usually come back within the hour.
We look at the approach, the gate, the turning circle and the standing spot on the map. If something will not work we say so up front rather than discovering it with a truck at your boom gate.
Induction documents, food safety records and the certificate of currency go across. We agree the menu, including the dietary options, and a 25 percent deposit holds the date.
We set up out of the way well before the first break, serve across your windows, then pack down and take our rubbish with us. You get one tax invoice with GST broken out, on terms of 7 to 14 days.
Bathurst · close to 1,760 guests planned · booked for September 2026
We started by feeding Simplot shift teams at their Kelso plant back in 2023. Ordinary shift feeds, done properly, over and over. That turned into the booking for their 100 year site celebration in Bathurst, a regional job at a scale most plants never need.
The result. A relationship that grew from shift feeds into a centenary booking, planned across two of our larger trucks.

Around 150 staff at the Condell Park site, eating in shifts rather than all together. We agreed the side swaps up front so nobody was making decisions at the window while a queue built behind them.
The result. Everyone got a hot lunch inside their own break, and the day kept moving.

A deliberately tight menu, chosen by the client for speed rather than by us for convenience. Our range is much wider, but on a short break the narrow menu is the one that gets everybody fed.
The result. 150 staff served inside a short break, because the menu was built for the clock.

The honest answer is that it also depends on how many of our four trucks are free on your date, so the fastest way to a real number is to send us the date and the headcount. We usually come back within the hour.
Yes, and it is the normal way we run a plant. Give us your break windows and roughly how many people fall in each, and we build the run sheet around them. We keep cooking between waves so there is stock ready when the next group walks up, which is what stops a queue forming.
No. Every truck carries its own generator, its own gas and its own water. We plug into nothing of yours, which matters on a site where anything touching the supply needs a work order. All we need is a flat, safe spot to stand and enough clearance to serve.
Yes, and we are used to being asked. We hold $20M public liability and can send the certificate of currency, our food safety documentation, and a Working With Children Check where a site needs one. Send us your induction pack and we will complete it before the day rather than at the gate.
We serve. Rain does not stop us and we have done plenty of wet days. The only reason a wet day gets called off is if you decide to call it off. If your people will be queuing in the open it is worth thinking about where they will stand, and we are happy to move to a more sheltered spot on the site if there is one.
